What is Radial?

Radial is an analytics platform for radiation oncology that runs entirely inside your institution. It connects to the systems you already run (the OIS, the TPS, and the DICOM archive) and turns their exports into one governed cohort database: structure names standardized to TG-263, cases assigned to cohorts you confirm, and dose metrics computed and watched as new cases accrue.

One governed database

Curation is a staged pipeline: Radial proposes a TG-263 name for every structure and a cohort for every case, and you confirm. Every confirmation teaches your deployment's dictionary, and everything below confidence is flagged for audit. The result is a database you can defend: every name, assignment, and metric carries provenance.

Once curated, the archive behaves like a dataset. You query it graphically (cohorts, dose metrics, and population DVH, with no scripting), and Radial keeps watching as cases accrue: ambient monitoring re-checks each pinned metric, adjusts for case mix, and raises control-chart alerts for review.
