Common questions
Does my data have to go to the cloud?
No. Radial deploys locally on your own workstation or server. Cloud deployment is available too, if you want it. Entirely your call.
Do I need to know any scripting?
Not at all. The query builder is fully graphical. For those who prefer code, Radial also ships a REST API.
Can my AI tools use Radial?
Yes. Radial speaks MCP: OAuth-scoped tools let an AI agent search cases, pull dose endpoints, evaluate protocols, and import trial constraints, all with your permissions, on your deployment.
Is there a limit on patients or data size?
Deployed locally, you’re limited only by your own disk. Contact us if you prefer a cloud deployment.
